This category recognizes efforts to engage customers in continuous and comprehensive energy management strategies such as controls optimization, efficient operations and maintenance (O&M) strategies, retro-commissioning or long-term energy management plans.
In addition to general information about yourself and the customer, you will be asked to provide:
Details of the full scope of your work with the customer including proposed measures, targets, KPIs and how many years the initiative spans
Information about any new or innovative technologies or strategies used
Whether the project was a result of a technical study that was funded by Eversource
Details of progress to date including measures implemented to date and kWh/therm savings achieved
Projected kWh/therm savings as a result of the full initiative
Other non-energy benefits for the customer (e.g. reduced maintenance, environmental benefits, safety benefits, improved throughput)
Confirmation from the customer that they are or were pleased with the initiative (Can be a simple 1-2 line email or letter from the customer)
Photos (suggested, but optional)
Please note: Projects must include multiple measures/end-uses to qualify. Extra points will be awarded for innovative partnerships among our community of business partners
