Design of the Year
This award recognizes C&I new construction projects that were completed in 2022. We will be providing separate awards for general C&I projects and multifamily projects (5 or more units)
Criteria:
In addition to general information about yourself and the customer, you will be asked to provide:
Site EUI or HERS score without renewables
Any certifications or goals targeted or achieved (i.e. LEED, WELL, Zero Energy, Passive House, ENERGY STAR,100% electric). Note: for any certifications achieved you will be required to show documentation
Information about the full design team – architect firm, modeler, customer, and engineering firm
Information about any new or innovative technologies or strategies used
Whether the project was a new build or adaptive reuse
Completed square footage
Photos of the completed project
Please note: Extra points will be awarded for use of innovative technologies, strategies or partnerships
