Criteria:

In addition to general information about yourself and the customer, you will be asked to provide:

• Whether the building is Market Rate or Income Eligible

• Measures completed

• Annual kWh/therm/delivered fuel savings for the entire project

• Annual kWh/therm/delivered fuel savings per unit (where applicable)

• Other non-energy benefits for the customer (e.g. reduced maintenance, environmental benefits, safety benefits, improved throughput)

• Information about any new or innovative technologies used (suggested, but optional)

• Confirmation from the customer that they were pleased with the project (Can be a simple 1-2 line email or letter from the customer)

• Photos (suggested, but optional)
