Criteria:

In addition to general information about yourself and the customer, you will be asked to provide:

• Number and type of charging ports installed

• Type of charging site (e.g. workplace, municipal lot, etc.)

• Any other partners worked with (e.g. charging station vendors, consultants)

• Any interesting site characteristics (e.g. mixed-use setting, located in an underserved area, etc.)

• Any interesting or creative design characteristics (e.g. repurposed existing electrical equipment, refed existing charging stations, installed equipment to “future proof” site, etc.)

• Confirmation from the customer that they were pleased with the project (Can be a simple 1-2 line email or letter from the customer)

• As-built drawings

• Photos of completed site with operational charging stations
